Meet Louise.

LOUISE IS STILL WAITING

Do you remember Thelma & Louise... the two beautiful girls who wandered into Dunkin in Montrose at the end of February hoping for pup cups and kindness?

Well... Thelma got her happy ending.

She found a forever home, settled in beautifully, and is absolutely thriving in the life she always deserved. Watching her blossom outside the shelter has been everything we hoped for.

But sweet Louise is still here waiting.

And while we are so incredibly happy for Thelma, our hearts ache knowing Louise watched her friend leave while she remains behind in a kennel.

Louise is a gentle soul. She can be shy at first, especially in the shelter environment, but once she trusts you... she loves with her whole heart. She leans into affection, finds comfort in her people, and quietly reminds you just how special second chances can be.

She adores kids, enjoys being close to the people she trusts, and deserves a home where she can finally exhale and feel safe forever.

Louise has come so far since arriving at the shelter scared and unsure. Now all she needs is someone willing to see the beautiful dog underneath the timid exterior.

• Thelma got her forever. Now it's Louise's turn.
• Great with people and kids
• Sweet, gentle, and loving
• Shy at first but blossoms with patience
• UTD on vaccines & microchipped
• Spayed

Please help us find Louise the happy ending she's been waiting for. Share her story, tag your friends, and help us show this beautiful girl what home feels like.
