A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Harley’s story
Meet Harley!
Harley is a stunning 5-year-old Akita who's ready to find a forever family she can call her own. This beautiful girl may be a little nervous and standoffish at first, but with patience and love, she blossoms into a loyal, affectionate companion who will happily shower you with kisses and lean in for all the butt scratches. She has had her adoption fully sponsored by Aaron Zona, owner of Sickboy Studios right here in Montrose.
Because Harley can be people-selective (and isn't a fan of men), she'll need a few meet-and-greets to build trust with her future adopter. Once she feels safe, she loves spending time with her people, playing in the yard, and going on walks.
Harley is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. She'd do best as the only pet in the home, as she's not fond of cats and is very dog-selective. Due to her breed's unique nature, we recommend that her future adopter have Akita (or similar breed) experience.
Harley may need a little extra time to open her heart, but once she does, you'll gain an incredibly loyal best friend for life.
