At 6 years old, this beautiful orange boy knows exactly what he wants from life: a peaceful home, a cozy place to curl up, and someone to love.

Oliver was surrendered to us when his family realized that living with other animals and small children was simply too stressful for him. Unfortunately, the noise and constant activity of shelter life haven't made things any easier.

Most days, you'll find Oliver tucked underneath his bed or burrowed beneath a blanket, trying to find a little peace in an environment that can feel overwhelming. But when things quiet down — or he hears the familiar voice of someone he trusts — a completely different Oliver begins to emerge.

He comes out for affection. He gives the sweetest headbutts. He adores snuggling and soaking up love. Beneath that blanket is an incredibly affectionate boy who is just waiting to feel safe enough to be himself.

At 6 years old, Oliver is well past the chaotic kitten stage. He isn't looking to turn your house upside down at 3 a.m. or climb your curtains just because they're there. He's ready to settle into a quieter routine where he can relax, build trust, and enjoy the comfort of having his own person.

Oliver would thrive in a calm home without other animals or small children, where life moves a little slower and he can finally exhale.

He doesn't need excitement.

He needs peace. He needs patience. And most of all, he needs a home.
